Parking arrangement and HVAC studeies has been completed with support of Bim environment.

The models are scalable and a vehicle profile has also been incorporated to identify possible clashes with the building when parked. Planners can see the technical information of the parking systems at a glance.

The 3D models were established in the pre-construction, in which all ducts are intuitively displayed, and the elevation of equipments and ducts are set. The BIM models were firstly imported into collobration software,and then all floor was checked as a unit for clash check, generating a list of clash points; and aimed at different clashes, it redefined the elevation, drawen the ducts, and finally used different schemes to solve the problems.
