Clubhouse Boompjes, a construction project consisting of two residential towers on the Boompjes in Rotterdam, is just as hip as the name suggests. In the towers of seventy and one hundred meters high, 342 rental homes will be created, ranging from 45 to 155 square meters, including 144 co-living apartments where residents share facilities. As ESC BIM Team in the field of , reinforcement detailing, concrete modelling , we were closely involved in this project, which posed additional challenges due to the height of the towers.
