Conceptual project designs have been created for 36 neighborhoods under the Seyhan Municipality. In the design phase of these conceptual projects, the city’s texture, social, and cultural conditions were taken into account. However, functionality and aesthetics were prioritized in the design, and the structures are primarily intended for public use. The designs include a variety of structures such as social housing, workshops, parking lots, a micro industrial site, concert venues, amphitheaters, sports complexes, condolence homes, covered markets, swimming pools, and more. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) method was used in all these projects.
