In this project, we completed multidisciplinary engineering work for the G4 Nest Apartment Complex, a ten-story building encompassing a total area of 10,744 m². Our comprehensive engineering services included static, mechanical, and electrical engineering, all executed utilizing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method to enhance collaboration and efficiency throughout the project. Additionally, the design and execution adhered to LEED certification standards, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency.
