In this project, we completed a series of European inventory collection initiatives aimed at gathering comprehensive data across various sectors. We conducted inventories in 1 municipality each in Germany and Finland, along with 380 municipalities in the Netherlands, resulting in over one hundred million inventories. The primary goal was to create an extensive inventory of assets and resources, facilitating improved management and strategic planning at the European level.

Key Achievements:

• Comprehensive Data Collection: We systematically gathered data on a wide range of assets, including infrastructure, resources, and facilities, ensuring that the inventory reflected the current state of various sectors across Europe.

• Standardized Inventory Methodologies: Our team implemented standardized methodologies for data collection to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in the information gathered across different regions and sectors.

• Collaboration with Local Authorities: We worked closely with local authorities and stakeholders to validate the data and ensure that the inventory met the specific needs and requirements of each region.

Project Outcomes:

This project showcased our expertise in large-scale data collection and inventory management, contributing to more effective governance and resource management across Europe.
