The Leiden Bio Science Park is set to receive a cutting-edge office and laboratory building, thanks to the collaboration between Janssen Biologics, Janssen Vaccines & Prevention, RED Company, the Municipality of Leiden, and land owner Leiden University.

This state-of-the-art facility prioritizes health, quality, safety, cooperation, sustainability, and transparency, and boasts large and flexible workspaces, as well as a range of on-site amenities such as an expansive and well-lit atrium, a rooftop garden, and a fully-equipped company restaurant.

Our team was responsible for the 3D modeling of the building’s electrical installations, including cable tray, power, lighting, and data systems.
